Everything DiSC®

Everything DiSC is a behavioral assessment that helps individuals understand their workplace preferences through four core styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Backed by decades of research and delivered via the Catalyst platform, it provides personalized insights into communication, motivation, and conflict tendencies.

As a Wiley-certified Everything DiSC partner, Scaling Strategies delivers custom DiSC engagements through team workshops, leadership development, onboarding, and coaching. The Five Behaviors®

The Five Behaviors assessment is designed to improve how intact teams function, based on Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team model. It focuses on building effectiveness in five areas:

1. Trust: creating a foundation of psychological safety

2. Conflict: fostering open, constructive debate

3. Commitment: aligning around decisions and direction

4. Accountability: reinforcing shared responsibility

5. Results: keeping the team focused on collective outcomes

Leadership Circle Profile™​

The Leadership Circle Profile is a 360-degree tool that combines behavioral feedback with insight into underlying thinking patterns. It highlights the balance between Creative competencies like vision, integrity, and systems thinking, and Reactive tendencies such as control, distancing, or compliance.

This assessment provides a comprehensive view of a leader’s effectiveness and mindset. Collective Leadership Assessment®

The Collective Leadership Assessment® (CLA) provides a comprehensive view of how an organization’s leadership culture is perceived by its members. Grounded in the Leadership Circle framework, it evaluates both the current state of collective leadership and the desired future state, offering a clear picture of alignment or disconnect across the organization. This insight helps leaders understand how their shared behaviors and mindsets are influencing performance and culture.
