Scaling Strategies is proud to announce that John Connolly has joined the company as a Project Management Coach. With deep experience in operational leadership, organizational development, and scalable systems design, John brings a rare blend of strategic insight and practical execution to the teams we serve.
In this role, John will design and deliver training programs that build internal project management capacity across sectors including government contracting, nonprofit, education, and mission-driven businesses. He will also work directly with clients to coach project teams and leaders on project scoping, prioritization, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
